Dr. Chartchai's patients usually
are admitted to hospital the afternoon or evening
prior to surgery, and have plenty of time to make
sure everything is ready and is going smoothly.
You will have a private hospital
room, or suite upon request, fully equipped with
the latest in medical equipment and hospital bed,
and with personal conveniences such as toiletries,
pyjamas and slippers, a hotel-style in-room safety
deposit box, cable television, room telephone,
refrigerator, internet, and private bathroom.
You have a choice of western
or Asian food, or delivery from outside restaurants
including Pizza Hut and McDonald's. You'll find
Starbucks and Au Bon Pain restaurants in your
hospital or nearby.
If you are having surgery as an
outpatient,
you will not be admitted into hospital. Your
surgery and your choice of anesthesia
are not of sufficient concern for you to stay
overnight in hospital.
